SolarAtlas provides solar lead generation services, connecting solar installation companies and energy consultants with qualified prospects interested in solar energy solutions. Our platform utilizes advanced targeting and qualification processes to deliver high-quality leads.

3. Lead Generation Services

3.1 Lead Quality Standards

All leads provided through our service are subject to our qualification process, which includes verification of contact information, property ownership confirmation, budget assessment, and genuine interest validation.

3.2 Lead Pricing and Payment

Lead pricing ranges from $35 to $95 per qualified lead, depending on the market segment and qualification level. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

3.3 Lead Replacement Policy

We guarantee lead quality and will replace any leads that do not meet our qualification standards within 48 hours of delivery at no additional cost, subject to verification.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when contacting and working with leads provided through our service.

4.2 Professional Conduct

Users agree to maintain professional standards when contacting leads and to represent their solar services accurately and honestly.

4.3 Data Protection

Users must protect and secure all lead information provided through our service and use it solely for the purpose of offering solar energy solutions.

5. Intellectual Property

The SolarAtlas platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SolarAtlas and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SolarAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolarAtlas from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. SolarAtlas reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
